Certified under ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ROHS, our facility produces innovative solar solutions like Mono Half-Cut, N-Type TOPCon, in both Mono & Bi-Facial categories, meeting global standards for performance, longevity, and sustainability.

Our Manufacturing facility houses hi-tech machineries and specialized zones for cell testing, module assembly, quality validation, supported by high-capacity HVAC systems for optimal temperature and humidity control. A dedicated R&D laboratory, equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic tools like electroluminescence testerand thermal imaging systems, enables continuous innovation and performance optimization.

Process Description
Cell Cutting Utilizes a Laser Cell Cutting Machine with NDC Technology for precise cutting and optimal cell efficiency.
Tabber-Stringer Fully automated tabber-stringers produce full and half-cut cell solar panels, supporting 5BB, 10BB, 12BB, up to 20BB multi-busbar cells.
Robotic Layup & Automated Bussing High-Speed Robotic Layup and Automated Bussing Machine align, adjust, and solder strings to precise dimensions.
Pre & Post EL Testing Electroluminescence Testing conducted twice (during production and final output) to detect micro-cracks and imperfections.
Three-stage Laminator Includes heating, vacuum, and cooling phases to ensure premium lamination quality.
Hydraulic Framing Machines Features automatic crimping for robust frame locking.
Fully Automated Sealant Dispensing Machines Enhances panel robustness by soldering the junction box with automated sealant application.
A+A+A+ Class Sun-Simulator

Uses patented flash test technology to assess final output power under sun-like conditions, generating IV-Curve data.
